咳痰机联合震动排痰对格林巴利综合征行机械通气患者的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨咳痰机联合震动排痰对格林巴利综合征(GBS)机械通气患者的影响。方法将32例GBS重症患者随机分为实验组与对照组。在治疗的基础上,对照组使用手叩击排痰法及普通吸痰法排痰;实验组使用咳痰机联合震动排痰法排痰。监测两组患者排痰后肺部并发症发生率及应用机械通气时间和住ICU时间,并进行对比分析。结果实验组低氧血症、肺炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组行机械通气时间及住ICU时间均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论咳痰机联合震动排痰机可协助GBS机械通气患者有效排痰,改善肺内氧和情况,是一种安全有效的胸部理疗手段。 Objective To explore the effects of the combined use of sputum exsufflation machine and vi bration sputum elimination approach on Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS). Methods 32 severe GBS cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with the help of hands rapping and general sputum aspiration, while the experiment group used sputum exsuf flation machine and vibration sputum elimination approach. The incidence of pulmonary complications, the time of mechanical ventilation and the time of stay in intensive care unit(ICU) were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypoxemia and pneumonia were significantly decreased in the experi mental group ( P〈0.05) ,and the time of mechanical ventilation and stay in ICU in the control group was longer than that in the experimental group ( P〈0.01). Conclusion The combined use of sputum exsuffla tion machine and vibration sputum elimination approach can help GBS patients to expectorate effectively and in crease pulmonary oxygen content and is a safe and ef fective method for chest physiotherapy.
