摘要
本文通过对阳煤HY机电公司现有绩效考核情况的调查,运用现代绩效管理的相关理论知识,剖析了现行考核体系存在的问题。采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,运用科学的管理方法和管理工具,通过工作分析、工作评价及绩效考核指标的设计,并结合企业的实际情况,对原有绩效考核体系进行了再设计,解决了原有考核体系中存在的问题。
Through the investigation of HY Mechanic and power Company of Yang Quan Coal corporation, which is based on the modem performance management theory, the essay explores the current issue existing in the performance assessment system, It adopts the combination of the quantitative research and qualitative research and makes use of the scientific management methods and tools, through the work anylysis, perform analysis and performance evaluation index, together with the factual situation of the enterprise, redesigns the previous perfor- mance assessment "a" system, and deals with the problems existing in the original system.
