日本腹腔镜肝切除的发展现状 被引量：3

Current Status on Development of Laparoscopic Hepatectomy in Japan

摘要 日本从1993年开始,对肝癌施行腹腔镜下肝部分切除术。病例数不断增加,至2000年前,适应证仍主要局限于病变部位在肝脏表面及边缘或肝外侧叶的肝部分切除术及肝左外侧叶切除术,远未达到普及的程度。2000年以后,随着腹腔镜肝切除术适应证和手术技术的提高,以及手术器械的改良,其手术例数不断增加。2007年召开首届肝脏腹腔镜外科研讨会,推动了日本的腹腔镜肝切除术的发展。2010年日本的医疗保险纳入了腹腔镜肝部分切除术及肝左外侧叶切除术,这将进一步大大推进该项技术的普及。但是腹腔镜肝切除术的开展,一定要以保障病人的微创与安全性两个方面作为基本点。全文主要对腹腔镜肝切除术在日本的发展现状作一介绍。
