ICU机械通气患者早期运动方案的制订及安全管理 被引量:69

Formulating the plan of early exercise and safety management of mechanically ventilated patients in ICU

摘要 目的保证ICU机械通气患者早期运动的安全,减少运动相关不良事件的发生。方法评估、筛查患者,制订适宜的早期运动方案,分层级进行安全管理,监护运动过程中的不良反应。结果 158例患者总计进行了1105次不同层级的运动,中途终止运动的16例,发生的运动不良反应和运动相关不良事件占全部运动事件的1.4%。结论优化管理流程,ICU机械通气患者的早期运动是安全可行的。 Objective To ensure the safety of early exercise and reduce adverse events related to exercise in mechanieally ventilated patients in ICU. Methods The measures included assessing and screening the patients,making the step-by-step plan of early exercise,and monitoring adverse events related to exercise. Results A total of 1105 activity events of different levels were implemented among 158 patients. Sixteen cases ceased the exercise due to adverse events,which accounted for 1.4% of all activity events. Conclusion Early exercise in mechanically ventilated patients in ICU is safe and feasible with optimized work flow of safety management
