摘要
企业文化不是通常概念上的文化,而是一种企业管理模式。中国地质调查局天津地质调查中心加强地质文化建设的实践表明,地质文化建设必须结合单位工作实际,必须显示自己的特点,必须体现以人为本,必须为职工创造优美的工作、生活环境,活跃他们的文体生活,只有这样,单位才有生命力、凝聚力、竞争力、向心力,进而达到提升核心竞争力,实现又好又快发展。
Enterprise culture is not the usual conceptual culture,but is a business management model.This paper argues that the practice of enhancing the geological culture construction in Tianjin center shows:in terms of the geological culture construction,we must combine with the actual work,show our own characteristics,put people first,create enjoyable living and working environments for staff and workers,liven up cultural and recreational activities.Only in this way can the unit have vitality,cohesion,competitiveness,centripetal forces,thus achieving the improvement of core competition,and realizing rapid and sound development.
