摘要
研究了水分胁迫下不同花生抗旱品种叶片气孔开度和相对含水量变化,分析了AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白进行表达情况,发现水分胁迫下,叶片相对含水量下降,叶片气孔开度降低,叶片AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白表达增强。抗旱品种较之敏旱品种在响应水分胁迫初期时(1h)AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白表达较强,叶片气孔开度下降较快,引发气孔关闭,其叶片相对含水量较高,保水能力较强。ABA合成抑制剂naproxen处理后,叶片AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白的表达减弱,气孔开度快速增加,水分胁迫下花生叶片AhNCED1蛋白表达可能影响气孔开闭。
This experiment study on the drought-resitive species and drought-sensitive species Arachis hypogaea under water stress conditions, the changes of AhNCED1 protein expression and its effect on stomatal aperture in four-leaf stage. The results showed that, under water stress conditions, relative water content of leaves decresed, stomatal aperture of leaves decresed, AhNCED 1 protein expression and AhNCED1 gene expression increased. Compared with drought-sensitive species, AhNCED1 protein expression and AhNCED1 gene expression of the drought-resitive species were higher, stomatal aperture of leaves decrese faster so that it have strong water holding abilities. In conclusion, stomatal closure has relevance to AhNCED 1 protein expression under water stress conditions. Treating with naproxen, the expression of AhNCED1 significantly inhibited, the stomatal closure increased rapidly. The changes of AhNCED1 protein expression may affect stornatal closure of leaves.
