摘要
疾病进程模型是一种描述疾病状态随时间动态变化的模型。它作为基于模型的药物研发的新趋势,正迅速成为研究药物如何影响疾病的重要手段。通过对疾病进程模型的研究能对未来疾病的变化趋势作出预测,结合个体信息及时调整治疗方案。本文对近年来被成功应用的几种疾病进程模型及药物干预模式进行了总结,并探讨了对疾病进程建模及模拟的应用前景。
As a new trend in model-based drug development, disease progress model is a quantitative model that accounts for the time course of disease status. It is rapidly becoming an important method to study how the drug acting on the disease. To make the treatment appropriate to a specific patient, the changing trend of the individual disease can be predicted by the study of disease progress model. We summarized some of disease progress models and drug action mode which have been successfully used in recent years, and discussed the prospect of modeling and simulation of disease progression model.
