摘要 当今控制理论与自动化技术的高速发展,尤其是微电子技术和计算机技术的日新月异,使得数控技术也在同步飞速发展。数控系统结构形式上的PC机、开放化和性能上的多样化、复杂化、高智能化不仅给其应用从观念到实践带来了巨大变化,也给其维修理论、技术手段上带来了很大的变化。数控机床故障诊断与维修已成为正确使用数控机床的关键因素之一。学习和掌握数控机床故障诊断、维修技术已引起相关企业和工程技术人员的关注,而常见故障的排除方法更是维修人员的必备知识。简述排除数控机床常见故障的方法。 With the fast development of control theory and automation technology at present, particularly, the Microelectronic and Computer Technologies the technology of NC machine tool is changing with each passing day. But when PC is applied to the structure of NC system, the diversification, complication and degree of intelligentization of its functions are not only made cause huge changes in its practical use, but also change the maintenance theory and technical Measures greatly . The fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC machine become critical factors to correctly operate NC machine. Relevant enterprises and engineers are starting to focus on studying and analyzing the technologies of fault diagnosis and maintenance. The methods of common trouble shooting for NC machine are necessary for the mechanicians.
