肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎22例临床病理分析

摘要 肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎是临床少见的一种炎症性疾病，由Kessler和Wolloch于1972年首次报道，其病因尚不清楚，文献报道其与自身免疫有关。本病临床和影像学特征易误诊为乳腺癌或其它疾病。我们对22例肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断问题进行分析讨论，以提高临床和病理医师对肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的认识。
