桡骨远端横行切口锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折29例 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨桡骨远端骨折采用平行于腕横纹的横切口应用锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2009年1月至2011年6月收治29例桡骨远端骨折的患者,按AO分类B2型4例,B3型11例,C1型10例,C2型3例,C3型1例,采用平行于腕横纹的横切口应用锁定钢板治疗切开复位内固定。结果:术后获得随访29例,随访时间4-11个月,平均6.5个月。按Dienst功能评定标准进行功能评定,优21例,良6例,可2例,优良率93.1%。结论:采用平行于腕横纹的横切口应用锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折固定可靠,治疗效果好,有利于早期功能锻炼,患者腕关节功能良好,是在MIO理论指导下的一种微创手术。
