摘要
目的:探讨交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月至2011年6月在我院接受治疗的胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,观察交锁髓内钉(观察组)和经皮钢板内固定(对照组)治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效,并进行对比分析。结果:观察组手术时间及术中出血量明显低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间明显低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者6个月时骨折愈合率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组术后并发症比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折具有固定效果好、术中出血量少、血运破坏小等诸多优点,是目前治疗胫骨远端骨折的一种较佳内固定方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the intramedullary nail fixation for distal tibial fractures.Method： A retrospective analysis of treatment of patients with distal tibial fractures from Jun.2010 to Jun.2011 in our hospital,observed the effect of intramedullary nails（study group） and percutaneousplate fixation（control group） on distal tibial fracture,and comparative analysis.Result： The operative time and blood loss was significantly lower than the control group.There＇s significantly different between the two groups（P0.05）;fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.There＇s significantly different between the two groups（P 0.05）;There＇s no significant difference in healing rate after 6 months（P 0.05）,postoperative complications,no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Intramedullary nailing for distal tibial fractures is effective,with less blood loss or blood destruction,it is worth clinical application.
