低氧环境下HIF-1α与视网膜相关疾病的研究进展

摘要 低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia induciblefactor HIF-1α)是调控细胞氧气平衡和诱导低氧反应基因表达的重要的DNA结合蛋白,与肿廇及新生血管的发生,发展密切相关,近期研究表明HIF-1α与低氧性视网膜相关疾病密切相关,了解HIF-1α的作用机制,从而为高原地区视网膜相关疾病,特别是老年性黄斑变性的发病机制与治疗提供相关的理论依据。
