摘要
目的 探讨熊胆滴眼液联合阿斯匹林治疗春季结膜炎的疗效。方法 38例春季结膜炎患者接受熊胆滴眼液点眼联合口服小剂量阿斯匹林的治疗。对照组 2 6例接受可的松滴眼液和色甘酸钠滴眼液的治疗 ,并口服常规量阿斯匹林。结果 熊胆滴眼液治疗组观察 2年的有效率为 71 0 5 % ,对照组为 34 6 2 %。两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 5 )。
OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of a combination of xiongdan (熊胆)eyedrops and small dose oral aspirin in treatment of vernal conjunctivitis. METHODS\ Thirty-eight patients with vernal conjunctivitis were treated with xiongdan eyedrops and small dose oral aspirin. Twenty-six patients were given routine oral aspirin , and cortisone eyedrops and disodium cromoglycate eyedrops in the control group. RESULTS Ratio of availability was 71 05% in the xiongdan group during two years followed-up. It was 34 62% in control group. There was a significant statistical difference between two groups ( P <0 005). CONCLUSIONS A combinative therapy of xiongdan eyedrops and small dose oral aspirin is one of available methods in treatment of vernal conjunctivitis.
