摘要
目的 为提高未能手术切除晚期胃癌的疗效。方法 采用IORT联合ELF方案加口服Lx(榄香烯 )治疗晚期胃癌 2 2例。结果 PR12例 ,NC 8例 ,PD 2例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 54 5% ,生存期最长的 32个月 ,最短的 6个月 ,中位生存期 19 5个月 ;其中 2例达PR后 ,第二次手术切除。IORT未见并发症 ,化疗主要副作用是消化道和骨髓抑制 ,但不严重 ,加上Lx后有协同作用 ,提高了疗效。结论 该综合治疗方法值得进一步研究。
Objective To improve the treatment of advanced gastrocancer that cannot be resected.Methods 22 cases of advanced gastrocancer were treated with IORT combined with ELF scheme plus Lx.Results 12 cases of PR 8 cases of NC and 2 cases of PD,with CR plus PR being54 5%.The survival period was 32 months as the longest.6 months as the shortest and 19 5 months as the medium;of the 22 cases,2 got second gastectomy after reaching PR.No complications were found in IORT,but the major side effects of the chemotherapy include reaction of the digestive tract and inhibition of bone marrow,which,however,were not serious.When Lx was added,the effect was improved.Condusion This comprehensive therapy is worth further studying.
