摘要
为了探索继发不孕患者的心身健康状况及心理社会因素 ,以便有的放矢地制定治疗和护理措施 ,对 12 6例继发不孕患者采用 90项症状自评量表、特质应对问卷、社会支持量表和艾森克人格问卷测试其心身健康状况。结果 :继发不孕患者有较高的焦虑、抑郁和躯体症状 ,且与应对方式、社会支持和个性特点有一定的相关性。根据患者的心身健康状况特点采取相应的护理对策 ,能有效提高治疗效果 ,改善心身健康水平。
In order to investigate the physical and psychological conditions and psychological social factors for the patients with secondary infertility,SCL 90,trait response questionnaire,social support scale and EPQ were used to test the physical and psychological status of 126 patients with secondary infertility.The results showed that the patients with secondary infertility had a higher incidence of anxiety,depression and body symptoms,which had some relation with response way,social support and personality characters.Corresponding nursing countermeasures was made in accordance with the physical and psychological status of the patients,which could increase the therapeutic effects and improve the physical and psychological health.
