摘要
从需要满足视角出发,基于220家企业的实证研究发现,民营企业承担社会责任是对自身生存和发展、获取社会权力、以及企业家个人价值和社会认同需要满足的结果。提升企业家地位、关注社会价值、争取政府支持、集聚优秀人才、规避发展风险是民营企业社会责任行为动机的五个因子构面,分别满足了企业的不同需要。
Based on survey of 220 private enterprises, it is found that bearing social responsibility is to meet the demand of subsistence, development, social power, and personal values realization of entrepreneurs from the perspective of satisfaction of needs. The behavioral motives of private enterprises have five dimensions, including the promotion of social position of entre-preneurs, concern for social values, gaining support from the government, concentration of talents, and development risk averse. The results are helpful to stimulate the internal motives of private enterprises to bear social responsibility and to promote the concerted action of the government, society, and private firms.
