摘要
目的 对 96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行中药胃炎康治疗的疗效观察 ,了解胃炎康对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者细胞免疫功能的影响 .方法 以西药为阳性对照组 ,治疗 3mo为1疗程 ,检测慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗前后血中淋巴细胞转化率、E-玫瑰花结形成率、T细胞亚群分类值的变化 .结果 胃炎康能显著提高慢性萎缩性胃炎患者淋巴细胞转化率和E-玫瑰花结形成率 (分别为 P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,能显著提高OKT3,OKT4及 OKT4/OKT8三个参数 ,而对 OKT8无显著性影响 .
AIM To observe the curative effect and immunoenhancing function of Weiyankang on chronic atrophic gastritis. METHODS Ninety-six patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were treated with Weiyankang, 3 times a day and 4 capsuls a time. As a course treated for 3 months, and expectant treatment with modern drugs served as control group,the lymphocyte transformation rate, E-rosseite forming rate and T cellsubpopulation were measured. RESULTS The results showed that Weiyankang could improve lymphocyte transformation rate, E-rosette forming rate ( P <0 05 and P <0 01 respectively) ad OKT 3, OKT 4 and OKT 4/OKT 8 of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. But no effect on OKT 8 was found. CONCLUSION Weiyankang could markly improve cellular immun function of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
