摘要
针对GIS设备缺乏有效检测手段且其在电网中的重要性,云南电网在全球率先将X射线数字成像DR检测技术应用到GIS设备的可视化无损检测中。目前,X射线数字成像DR检测技术在电力设备可视化检测中的应用才刚刚起步,还没有现场试验操作规程、X射线机参数选择标准、图像处理系统等理论支撑。然而,在X射线成像过程中,曝光量直接影响着X射线数字成像质量,由此基于大量的现场试验及计算,提出了曝光量在GIS设备X射线可视化图像的选择方法。
Considering the important position in the power grid of GIS equipment. Yunnan power Grid has taken the lead to put X - ray digital representation technological in the application of Visualization Nondestructive Tes-ting. But now,the application of X -ray used in electrical equipment is still at the beginning ,there is still no field investigation operation rules, standards for X -ray machines to chose, image processing system and other theory foundations. The article based on a goodly amount of field investigation and also a lot of calculations, and put forward a theory about the selection method of X - ray exposure parameter in the application of Visual- ization Nondestructive Testing.
