水电工程的设计工作对项目投资起着决定性作用,尤其是在设计、监理、施工、验收和行政审批已形成"五位一体"的新模式下,水电项目业主单位如何做好设计管理工作,对项目的投资控制至关重要。结合当前水电工程的建设环境,围绕水电工程各阶段设计工作的特点,对水电项目业主如何加强设计管理工作进行了深入探讨。可为同类管理工作提供参考。
The design of hydropower project is decisive to the investment, especially in the new ＂five - in - one＂ mode formed by design, supervision, construction, acceptance and administrative examination and approval. So how to do a good job on the design management by owner of hydropower project is very important to investment control. Combing with construction environ- ment of hydropower project, and aiming at the design work in every stage of the project, we discuss how to strengthen the man- agement of design work by owner of hydropower project.
