摘要
龙开口水电站采取钢衬钢筋混凝土坝后背管的结构形式。应用非线性有限元理论,分析得到了该坝后背管结构的承载规律,研究了钢衬和外包钢筋混凝土的应力、位移分布规律,以及钢衬的承载比例。分析结果表明,随着内水压力增加,钢管承载比例系数经历了减小、增加、再减小的过程;在设计水头作用下,坝后背管结构安全系数满足设计要求。钢衬钢筋混凝土坝后背管是一种经济、安全、合理的结构形式,应用前景广阔。
The structural style of steel - lined reinforced concrete penstock laid on the downstream dam surface is adopted in Longkaikou Hydropower Station. We apply nonlinear finite element theory to analyze the penstocks laid on downstream surface of dam and obtain the load bearing laws of the penstock structure. We investigate the stress and displacement laws of steel - lined and reinforced concrete of the penstocks, and also the ratio of bearing capacity of steel - liner. The results show that, with in- crease of inner pressure, the bearing ratio of steel liner has a varying process of decrease, increase and decrease; the safety pa- rameter of the penstock structure meets the design requirement. The steel - lined reinforced concrete penstocks laid on down- stream dam surface is an economic, safe and reasonable structure type.
