摘要
目的 采用自制新型髓心减压器治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的远期疗效观察。方法 本组 86例 (94个股骨头 ) ,全部采用新型减压器治疗 ,一期植骨。平均随访 5年 4个月。术后行X线及磁共振检查 ,并采用Harris评分评价疗效。结果 绝大部分病例疗效满意。
Objective To study the long term come-out of the femoral head AVN(avascular necrosis)patients treated with a new kind of multi-functional intramedullary decompression apparatus.Methods A group of 86 cases (94 heads) are included in this study. All were treated with the new type multi-functional intramedullary decompression apparatus.Bone graft were adopted at the same time . The average followed up time was 5 years and 4 months . X-ray and MRI examination were carried out . Harris scoring system were taken to evaluate the come-out.Results Most patients showed fair good results.Conclusion This new type of apparatus is a effective way of treating femoral head AVN.
