摘要
清窍为头面五官诸窍,清阳是人体五官诸窍等组织器官赖以温煦、濡养、护卫的物质,文章探讨了中医眼科学中清阳出上窍与目窍的生理关系、清浊升降失调与目窍的病理关系及升清降浊法在眼病治疗的应用,从眼的生理、病理及眼病的治疗3个方面阐述了清阳与眼的关系,以丰富对中医眼科清阳清窍相关学说的认识。
Clear orifices are the orifices in head just as eyes,ears and nose.Lucid yang is the substance on which body,organs and tissues depend to be warmed,nourished and protected.Three subjects are discussed in this article to explore the relationship between lucid yang and clear orifices,just as physiology,pathology of eye and therapy of oculopathy,to enrich the theory of correlation between lucid yang and clear orifices in ophthalmology of TCM.
