全真一气汤对肾不纳气证慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺、肾、肾上腺及睾丸组织形态变化的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Quanzhenyiqi Decoction on morphologic change of lung,kidney,adrenal glands and testis from COPD rats cast of kidney failing to promote inspiration

摘要 目的:通过观察全真一气汤对肾不纳气证模型大鼠肺、肾、肾上腺、睾丸组织形态变化的影响,探讨该经典方剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)靶器官及中医"肾本质"相关脏器的保护作用。方法:SO2熏吸+腺嘌呤饲料饲养复制肾不纳气证COPD大鼠模型。中药组用全真一气汤进行治疗,西药组用氨茶碱治疗,实验结束后对照观察大鼠肺、肾、肾上腺、睾丸组织光、电镜下结构的差异。结果:与西药组、模型组比较,中药组大鼠肺、肾、肾上腺、睾丸组织结构破坏程度不同程度得到减轻。结论:全真一气汤对COPD大鼠受损肺组织有较好保护作用,并可针对中医"肾本质",保护肾、肾上腺、睾丸等相关脏器组织,起到补肾纳气的作用,整体调节,延缓COPD发展。 Objective:To investigate protective effect of Quanzhenyiqi Decoction on target organ of COPD and other organs relevant to'kidney essence'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),by observing the morphologic change of lung,kidney,adrenal glands and testis from COPD-rats cast of kidney failing to promote inspiration.Methods:To make a copy of COPD-rats cast of kidney failing to promote inspiration by SO2 to smoke+Adenine diet.Chinese medicines group was treated with Quanzhenyiqi Decoction while westem medicines group with aminophylline.To observe the difference of appearance of lung,kidney,adrenal glands and testis by light microscope or electron microscope at last.Results:Compared to westem medicines group and cast group,the histiocytes of the above organizations of Chinese medicines group were more normal in light microscopean,and organelles of lung and kidney are more integrated in electron microscope.Conclusion:Quanzhenyiqi Decoction can give protective effect to lung of COPD-Rats,and postpone the progression of COPD.Moreover,it also can protect kidney,adrenal glands and testis,that aim directly at'kidney essence'in TCM,to provide global regulation and bring'improving inspiration by invigorating the kidney'into full play.
