摘要
目的 探讨改良式无血切肝术的方法。方法 从 1 997年 1月至 1 999年 6月 ,应用常温下改良式全肝血流阻断无血切肝术治疗原发性肝肿瘤 38例。结果 38例术后无死亡 ,均在 1 0～ 2 0天内痊愈出院。
Objective To report and discuss the surgical technique employed in modified bloodless hepatectomy.Methods From January 1997 to June 1999,38 patients with primary liver tumor underwent hepatectomy during modified normothermic total hepatic vascular exclusion(THVE).Results All of the 38 patients survived postoperatively and were discharged from hospital 10 20days after recovery.Conclusion Modified total hepatic vascular exclusion (THVE) is a useful method for hepatic resection in patients with malignant liver tumors adjacent to or invading the large hepatic veins or inferior vena cava.
