四川省师范院校体育师资队伍的现状调查及发展策略

摘要 采用数理统计、问卷调查和比较研究等方法,以四川省的4所师范院校共271名体育教师为调查对象,对四川省师范学院体育师资队伍进行研究.结果表明,教师数量还不能满足目前体育教学的需要,教师学历以本科为主,高学历者比例较低,职称结构、学历结构和专业结构不够合理,理论与术科的师资人数比例严重不平衡.为了实现学校师资结构优化的目的,应在国家相关法律允许的范围内,结合教师队伍的变化、发展特点,进一步完善学校的师资管理制度,提高学校的教学管理质量;同时,要有针对性地对个别教师进行师资优化,保证师资群体的最佳结合. By questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative research methods,271 P.E. teachers from four Normal Universities in Sichuan were taken as research subjects in a survey of college P.E. teaching staff of Siehuan. The results show that the number of PE teachers is not big enough to meet the current need of PE teachers in Siehuan bachelor degree teachers constitute the majority of the PE teaching body, high education degree teachers are scarcely seen with a rather irrational professional title structure, educational hierarchy and academic constitution; in particular, the ratio between theoretical study teachers and practical teaching staff is severely out of balance. To optimize the structure of the teaching, efforts must be stepped up within the scope of the relevant laws of the country to perfect the management system of teachers based on the developmental characteristics of teachers so as to improve the teaching management; and at the same time, special attention must be given to some individual teachers of high potentials so that the optimal combination of the teachers can thus be achieved.
