摘要
建立教学团队是高校提高师资队伍建设水平和人才培养质量的需要,必须通过管理上的政策引导、项目支持、组织试点和科学管理,确保教学团队的健康发展,同时还需要处理好自律与他律、集体与个人、目标与结果、教学与其它的关系。
Teaching team construction is one of the measures essential to raising to a higher level the academic and educational capacity of the faculty and the quality of talent cultivation.Policy guidance,funded project support, pilot experiments and scientific managements are all supposed to be guarantees for the sound development of teaching team development.Meanwhile,the relationship between autonomy and heteronomy,collective and individual,process and results and teachingand others should be properlydealt with.
