摘要
大学特色发展既应面向社会需求,又应坚守学术使命。面向社会需求反映着大学组织的社会性特征,是大学特色发展的着力点;坚守学术使命反映着大学组织的学术性本质,是大学特色发展的基础。为实现特色发展,大学应以有利于增强自我发展能力和社会服务能力为导向,着力加强学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、校企合作等。
To develop a university with unique feature,we should meet both the social requirements and academic missions with the former reflecting the social characteristic of university or the effort point of university development and the latter being the academic nature of university or the important basis for university development.To pursue the unique feature during development,the university is encouraged to follow the guidelines which favor the improvement of capacities of both self-development and serving society.Thus,during university development we should strengthen disciplinary construction,talent training,scientific researches,cooperation with enterprises and other relevant endeavors.
