OSAHS合并高血压患者抵抗素水平与白天嗜睡的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)及合并高血压患者血清抵抗素水平的变化,分析它与白天嗜睡程度、收缩压、舒张压的相关性。方法随机选择OSAHS合并高血压组20例、OSAHS组30例和正常对照组15例。均进行整夜7h的多导睡眠呼吸监测,记录呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)和最低动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、平均SaO2。测量研究对象的身高、体重,计算体质指数(BMI)。酶联免疫法测各组血清抵抗素水平。分析血清抵抗素水平与嗜睡程度、血压之间的相关性。结果 (1)OSAHS合并高血压组嗜睡评分显著高于OSAHS组和正常对照组(P均<0.05)。(2)OSAHS合并高血压组血清抵抗素水平显著高于OSAHS组和正常对照组(P均<0.05);OSAHS组血清抵抗素水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。(3)血清抵抗素水平与嗜睡程度呈正相关(r=0.536,P<0.05),与BMI呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS和OSAHS合并高血压患者均有血清抵抗素水平升高的趋势,在OSAHS合并高血压患者中升高更明显。血清抵抗素水平与嗜睡程度相关。
