摘要
介绍了近几年常用的检测水源水中有机污染物遗传毒性方法,分别阐述了各项技术的机理,并从遗传终点、灵敏度和费用等方面对其进行了评价。拟提出一套快速、全面和实用的水源水遗传毒性检测的方法体系,并提出了水源水中有机物的遗传毒性检测技术的发展方向。
The paper introduced the main detection technology of genotoxicity from water source, In addition, it gave general appraisement of these methods. A set of genotoxicity detection systems with quickly, comprehensive and practical were established and the developing tendency were presented.
