摘要
目的:探讨临时起搏器在非心脏疾患的肿瘤患者围手术期中的应用。方法:收治不同程度缓慢性心律失常肿瘤患者68例,在外科手术前0.5～2小时安置心脏临时起搏器,后行外科手术。结果:68例患者全部一次性植入电极成功,植入后即刻起搏成功率为100%,植入后有1例发生电极移位而起搏不良,经调整电极导管位置后恢复正常。所有患者分别在起搏和备用起搏状态下安全渡过麻醉和手术,围手术期。术后所有患者均逐渐调低起搏频率,在出现稳定的窦性节律后顺利拔除临时起搏器电极,均无并发症发生。结论:手术前安置心脏临时起搏器,操作简单,并发症少,风险低,在非心脏疾患的肿瘤患者中是一种简单、可靠、安全的"保护性"措施,增加了肿瘤患者接受手术治疗的耐受性及手术机会。
Objective：To explore the applica- tion of the temporary pacemaker in the pre- operative period of non - hearted diseases tumors patients. Methods： August 2008 December 2011,68 tumor patients who are suffering from chronic arrhythmia in our hos- pital place a temporary cardiac pacemaker before a surgical operation for 0. 5 - 2 hours, then operate it. Results： 68 patients are all implanted electrodes successfully. Temporary pacemaker operates immediately after implantation, success rate of 100%. After implantation one case of electrode shift and pacing, badly, after adjusting electrode catheter position, then be back to normal. All of the patients were pacing and set aside to pacing in state security through anesthesia and surgery, around the time of surgery. All the cases are down gradually pacing, fre- quency after operation. Pull smoothly tempo-rary pacemaker electrode, after appearing in the stable sinus rhythm. There were no com- plications. Conclusion： Before surgery for temporary heart safe protective measures for the non - hearted diseases tumor patients and increases the tumor patients underwent surgical treatment and tolerability of surgery opportunity.
