microRNA在胰腺癌研究中的新进展

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是由21~25个核苷酸组成的、非蛋白质编码的小RNA家族。研究指出,miRNA通过基因转录调控影响细胞的增殖、分化、调亡、转移和细胞周期,对肿瘤形成起到重要作用。同时研究指出miRNA的表达水平与人类肿瘤的发生进展、鉴别、肿瘤生存期、药物耐药性及靶向治疗都有着密切关系。近年关于胰腺癌与miRNA的研究较多,此文就miRNA在胰腺癌方面的研究进展作一综述。
