摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理对手术室护理质量的影响。方法将我院实施护理安全管理的120例择期手术的患者作为观察组，另外选择实施护理安全因素管理以前的120例择期手术的患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的手术室护理质量。结果观察组的护理质量评分、术前手术物品准备完善率显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），护理差错发生率及切口感染率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者和医生对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理安全管理可最大限度地控制手术室护理的各种不安全因素，提高护理质量。
Objective To study the effect of nursing safety management on nursing quality in operation room.Methods A total of 120 outpatients who received nursing safety management were selected into the observation group,another 120 outpatients before the implementation of nursing safety management were selected into the control group,the nursing qualities of the two groups were compared.Results The score of nursing quality,the incidence of nursing errors and incision infection rate in observation group were significantly better than those in control group ( P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing job of the patients and doctors in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions The nursing safety management can best control various risk factors in the operation room and improve the nursing quality.
