摘要
沙盘推演教学是现代企业培养中高层管理人员的新方法,也是高校培养工商管理专门人才的新的教学模式。在电大系统开展基于ERP沙盘推演的工商管理专业集中实践教学环节创新具有必要性和可行性,其教学内容、教学手段和方法、教学组织形式都与传统教学模式不同,需要不断实践和探索,从而不断丰富实践教学手段,完善工商管理专业实训教学体系。
Sand table simulating exercise teaching is a new method for modem enterprises to train junior and senior management personnel and also for universities and colleges to cultivate professionals in the field of business administration. It is necessary and feasible to innovate the concentrated practical teaching of business administration basing on ERP sand table simulating exercise. In order to enrich the practice teaching methods and improve training system of business administration, we need to explore new teaching content, teaching methods and teaching organizational forms different from the traditional teaching mode.
