摘要
对造成当前社区教育实效性发挥不佳的原因进行分析,发现存在思想上重视不够、政策法规滞后、经费保障不到位、宣传渠道及方式狭窄单一、学习资源缺乏有效共享及课程设置缺少针对性等问题。今后可从引导树立"终身学习"的大教育观、加快社区教育立法进程、增加财政经费保障、拓宽宣传渠道、灵活有针对性的设置课程体系等方面加以改进和完善,以促进社区教育取得实效。
By analyzing reasons for ineffective community education, some problems are discovered such as inadequate attention to ideas, backward policies and regulations, funds being not guaranteed, narrow publicity channels, learning resources not shared and untargeted curricula. In the future, a broad educational concept of lifelong learning should be established, legislative process of community education should be accelerated, financial funding support should be increased, publicity channels should be broadened, flexible and targeted curriculum system should be set up to promote community education with tangible results.
