新兵体能训练后血糖和血脂的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察新兵体能训练后血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、血脂变化。方法 234名新兵于体能训练0、1、3、5个月时检测FBG、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low den-sity lipoprotein,LDL)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein,HDL),其中114名新兵接受了全程血脂检测。结果新兵体能训练3个月时,FBG和HDL降低(P<0.05)。TC、TG和LDL升高(P<0.05),5个月时TC和TG降低至训练前水平(P>0.05)。结论新兵体能训练可明显影响血糖和血脂水平。 Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid in recruits after physical training.Methods A total of 234 recruits were selected randomly.Their blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were tested 0,1 and 3 months after physical training.Among 234 recruits,114 soldiers underwent the whole-course blood lipid testing.Results After 3 months of physical training,the blood glucose and HDL were significantly lower,and TG and LDL were significantly higher than those before training(P〉0.05).After 5 months of physical training,TC and TG decreased to the levels before training(P〈0.05).Conclusion The physical training can greatly affect the levels of blood gluscose and the blood lipid.
