摘要
本文介绍电极加工工艺和加工特点，并以挂机转子压铸模定模芯电极为例详细阐述了普通电极的加工方法和编程要点，通过采用电极进行模具制造，从而大大缩短模具的制造周期，提高劳动生产效率。
The electrode machining technics and machining characteristic are finely introduced .With the electrode of the handing air-condition rotor casting mould as an example, the machining method and main progamme point of the general graphite electrode are stated in detail, the cycle of mould making is greatly shortened by the electrode in mould manufacture.At the same time,the labour productivity is improved and the manufacture cost of the mould is geatly depressed.
