摘要
分析了我国高校图书馆向社会开放的优势因素与障碍因素,探讨了高校图书馆的发展方向,从完善服务体制、拓展服务内容、减少服务限制、积极推进与社会公共信息机构合作等方面,提出了加快高校图书馆向社会开放进程的措施。
This paper analyzes the advantage factors and barrier factors of university library＇ s opening to the society in China, probes into the development directions of university library, and from aspects of perfecting the service system, expanding the service content, reducing the service limitation, and actively promoting the cooperation with social pubiic information institutions, etc., puts forward some measures for accelerating university library＇ s opening to the society.
