摘要
对办公室工作人员的能力要求和职业素养要求进行了阐述,指出办公室工作人员应遵循"读者第一、服务至上"的宗旨,并通过自身的不断学习,增强创新服务意识,提高办事效率和业务水平。
This paper expounds the requirements for office workers' ability and professional quality, and points out that the office workers should follow the purpose of “reader first and service first”, and through their own learning, strengthen the consciousness of innovation service and improve their work efficiency and vocational level.
