摘要
通过对中国石油及国内相关企业IT运维管理现状的调研分析,深入研究运维管理模式理论及发展趋势,结合ITIL国际最佳实践和企业信息化建设实际情况,研究出一套适合中国石油特点、符合系统应用和运维管理、满足未来发展需求的IT运维管理体系参考模型和运维管理模式,同时提出中国石油IT运维管理体系的提升建议。
This paper is intended to investigate and analysis PetroChina and related domestic enterprises IT operation management status, In-depth study of the theory of operation and maintenance management and development trends, combined with the actual situation of the ITIL best practices and enterprise information construction, and work out a set of suitable for PetroChina characteristic, accord with the system application and maintenance management, meet the needs of future development of IT operation maintenance management system reference model and operation management mode, At the same time, puts forward the IT operation maintenance management system improving suggestions for PetroChina.
