摘要
国内外大跨径钢桥面和混凝土桥面的环氧沥青铺装过分强调配合比的密水性,导致铺装层内水分挥发不出去,经过夏季高温气化后形成早期"鼓泡"病害。用马歇尔试验确定最佳油石比,在可控范围内通过调整油石比来调整混合料的孔隙率,进行不同孔隙率混合料的"密水透气"性试验,用自行开发的试验设备,找出混合料"密水透气"空隙率区间,开发无"鼓泡"现象环氧沥青混合料配合比,解决早期"鼓泡"病害。研究成果在虎门大桥钢桥面维修铺装施工中得到应用和验证。
For large-span steel and concrete bridge decks at home and abroad,excessive emphasis on water tightness of the mix proportion during pavement of epoxy asphalt causes non-volatile moisture inside the pavements and earlier"bubble" disease after gasification at high temperature in summer.This paper determines the optimal asphalt aggregate ratio by means of Marshall Test and adjusts porosity factors of mixtures by adjusting asphalt aggregate ratio in controllable range to perform the "watertight and air permeable" test for mixtures with different porosity factors.With self-development test equipment,the paper finds out the "watertight and air permeable" interval of porosity factors of mixtures and develops mix ratio of epoxy asphalt mixtures without "bubble" phenomenon to remove earlier "bubble" disease.The results of research are applied and verified in construction of repairing pavement of steel deck of Humen Bridge.
