摘要
用中药抗风湿片治疗188例强直性脊柱炎,用消炎痛治疗30例作对照。结果治疗组脊柱前屈、后伸、侧弯运动,胸廓扩张度,20米步行时间,指地试验及实验室检查 IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3、ESR 以及 CRP 均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01),证明抗风湿片能较好地控制炎症,改善临床症状。对照组除脊柱前屈运动、指地试验治疗前后比较有显著差异外(P<0.05),其余各项临床检查及实验室检测结果,治疗前后比较均无变化(P>0.05)。疗效:治疗组显效以上为53.72%,对照组为20.00%。两组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。表明抗风湿片是治疗本病较理想的药物。
188 patients of ankylosing spondylitis were treated with anti-rheumatic tablet compared with 30 patients with Indomethacin as control group.The results showed that spinal anteflexion and finger-ground test of both treated group and control group had improved significantly(P<0.05),but lateral curvature movement,thorax expansion test,20 m walking time,and the levels of IgG,IgA, IgM,C_3,ESR,CRP of the treated group had marked difference compared with those treated before (P<0.01).It was proved that in the treated group,the marked effective rate was 53.72%,while in the control group was 20.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups in effective rate (P<0.001).This revealed that anti-rheumatic tablet is a kind of idcal drug in treating ankylosing spondylitis.
