摘要
阐述物流服务和物流服务模式的含义,分析物流服务模式选择的影响因素,结合渝新欧物流有限公司实际,通过问卷调查的方法识别出12个重要影响因素,采用解释结构模型法找出影响因素间的层次结构关系,提出渝新欧物流有限公司物流服务模式选择时应首先考虑有助于提高物流服务水平和价格竞争能力的模式,并分析物流服务能力、物流系统总成本、市场竞争状况和政治环境是影响这一服务模式的重要因素。
This paper expounds the meaning of logistic service and its mode, analyzes the influence factors of selecting logistic service mode. Combined with actual situation of Yuxin＇ou Logitics Ltd. Company, 12 key influence factors are identified through questionnaire method,＇ and the hiberarchy relationship among influence factors is found out by explain structure model. Then the paper puts forward that Yuxin＇ou Logitics Ltd. Company should consider the model firstly which helping to increase logistic service level and price competition capacity. The paper also summarizes the logistic service capacity, total cost of logistic system, market competitiveness and policy environment are the key factors influencing the logistic service model.
