摘要
目的观察参附注射液治疗老年大肠癌术后低血压的疗效。方法将54例老年大肠癌术后低血压的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各27例。对照组常规给予止血、补液、补血治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予参附注射液20 mL静脉注射,同时参附注射液50 mL加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,持续5～7 d。比较两组用药前后血压、心率的情况。结果治疗前两组患者的血压、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的血压、心率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组用药后血压、心率较用药前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液治疗老年大肠癌术后低血压临床效果确切,能够有效保护肠道黏膜功能、改善微循环,纠正休克症状,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfn injection treatment for hypotension in elderly patients after colorectal cancer patients surgery. Methods 54 elderly patients of hypotensian after color- ectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,27 eases each. The control group was given conventional bemostasis,fluid and blood infusion therapy ;the treatment group was given intra- venous injection of 20 mE Shenfu ,and 50 mE Shenfu plus 250 mL 5% glucose or saline through intravenous in- fusion for 5 to 7 days. After treatment the blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups was significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） ; blood pressure and heart rate of treatment group after medication were significantly improved, the difference was statis-tically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shenfu injection treatment for hypotension in elderly patients after colorectal cancer surgery has affirmative clinical effect, which can protect the intestinal mucosa, improve micro-circulation and correct shock, thus is of clinical application value.
