摘要
脑钠肽(BNP)除了对左心功能不全具有明确诊断作用外,目前还证明BNP对右心功能不全及肺动脉高压等具有诊断作用,表明BNP不仅在心血管系统中具有广泛的应用价值,而且在呼吸系统中也值得大力推广,用以早期发现肺心病、肺动脉高压等疾病。现就BNP的生物学性质以及在心血管系统、呼吸系统的临床应用及相关研究予以综述。
Brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）in addition to clear diagnosis of left ventrlcular dysfunc-tion, is also diagnosis of right ventricular dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension, which shows that BNP is not only has wide applications in the cardiovascular system, but is also worth promoting in the respiratory system, for early detection of pulmonary heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and other diseases. Here is to make a review on the biological nature of BNP and the clinical application in cardiovascular system and respiratory system.
