摘要
目的:探讨纤维喉镜行气管插管在巨大型声带息肉切除术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析我科2005年1月至2010年12月期间25例巨大型声带息肉采用纤维喉镜下气管插管的临床资料及效果。结果:25例患者均在纤维喉镜下成功完成气管插管,其中经鼻气管插管9例,经口腔气管插管16例。所有患者术后发声功能恢复良好,均无明显并发症发生。结论:对于巨大型声带息肉患者采用纤维喉镜引导下经鼻或口腔气管插管,具有痛苦轻、损伤少,安全性高等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the importance of tracheal incubation anesthesia through fiberoptic laryngoscope in patients with giant vocal polyps. Methods ：The clinical data of 25 cases with giant vocal polyps recieved tracheal incubation anesthesia through fiber- optic laryngoscope ,from 2005 to 2010, were analysed retrospectively. Results：All of the 25 patients were given general anesthesia through fiberoptic laryngoscope. Nine patients were done with a nasotracheal tube. Sixteen patients received orotracheal intubation. During the period of follow-up, no patient show any complication such as hoarseness. Conclusions： Tracheal incubation anesthesia through fiberoptic laryngoscope has the merit of a minor wound ,light pain,and high security. This plays a great and important role in patients with giant vocal polyps.
