摘要
目的了解该院呼吸内科分离多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因和β-内酰胺酶基因携带情况。方法用聚合酶链反应技术检测14株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌耐药相关基因。结果除GIM、SPM、VIM-1、VIM-2、CTX-M、aac(3′)-Ⅰ、aac(3′)-Ⅱ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ基因全部为阴性外,其余耐药基因有不同程度的阳性。结论携带多种耐药基因是呼吸内科多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌对氨基糖苷类和β-内酰胺类抗菌剂耐药的重要机制。
Objective To investigate genotyping of β-lactamases and aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes in multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from Department of Pneumology in certain hospital.Methods DNA of multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were extracted and multi-kinds of resistance-associated genes were detected by using polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results The results of amplification showed GIM,SPM,VIM-1,VIM-2,CTX-M,aac(3’)-Ⅰ,aac(3’)-Ⅱ,ant(3″)-Ⅰwere negative,and other genes were with different positive rates.Conclusion The mechanism of multi-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa might account of available multi-kinds of resistance associated genes.
