心肌肌钙蛋白T检测方法及其临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)是调节心脏肌肉收缩的肌钙蛋白复合体组成之一,健康人血液中含量很低,在心肌损伤时释放入血。cTnT是心肌损伤的特异性标志物,并具有灵敏度高,在血中出现时间早,诊断窗口时间长等优点。1987年首次报道了以外周血中心肌肌钙蛋白来诊断急性心肌梗死。
