POCT在临床检验中质量控制的现状与不足 被引量：17

摘要 目的加强POCT质量管理,使其快速、准确的为临床提供有效诊疗依据。方法从分析前、中、后三阶段及质量控制管理方面进行分析总结POCT现状与不足。结果 POCT以其快速、便携、操作简单而快速发展和广泛应用,但在质量控制方面存在不足。结论通过建立系统POCT质量管理体系,提高其准确性,使POCT更好的适应当今社会发展高效率、快节奏的工作方式,满足在医疗、急诊、急救、预防保健等方面的需求。
