摘要
利用火电厂固体废弃物脱硫石膏、粉煤灰和氧化铝厂废弃物拜尔法赤泥为原料制备高强耐水脱硫石膏基胶结材,测试不同实验条件下胶结材试块各龄期的抗压强度。结果表明,赤泥中的碱在空气养护条件下对粉煤灰的激发作用微小;添加适量石灰提高碱度有利于脱硫石膏和粉煤灰的活性激发,在湿热养护条件下生成大量的耐水性产物钙矾石,胶结材试块强度提高,耐水软化系数大于0.90,耐水性良好。以固体废弃物为原料研制的脱硫石膏基胶结材高强耐水,拓宽了石膏基材料的应用范围。
The high-strength and water-resistant FGD gypsum-based binder was prepared by FGD gypsum,fly ash (solid waste from thermal power plant) and red mud (waste from aluminum oxide plant). The compressive strengths at different experi- mental conditions and ages were mensurated. The results show that the alkali activation of red mud on fly ash was little when curing in air. The strengths of binders were increased under hydrothermal curing because the alkaline activate was increased when the lime was added,and the main hydrate was ettringite (AFt). The obtained binder had improved strength and good water resis- tance performance,the soft coefficient was over 0.90. The research and development of binder enlarge the application of gypsum- based materials.
