摘要
目的探讨关节镜下金属空心螺钉内固定技术治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的手术效果。方法26例胫骨髁间嵴骨折患者均在关节镜下采用金属空心螺钉固定，术后指导功能锻炼。结果本研究患者均成功完成手术，全部获得随访，随访时间6～36个月，平均12个月。术后3个月复查骨折均愈合。采用lyshoum膝关节评价疗效，平均得分92．3分，其中1例有轻度屈膝受限，1例Lachman试验弱阳性。结论关节镜下金属空心螺钉内固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折可同时处理其他关节损伤，能较大限度地恢复关节功能，是一种安全，简单，有效的手术方法。
Objective To discuss the operation effect of arthroscopic treatment of tibial intercon- dylar eminence fracture using metal hollow screw. Methods Twenty-six patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fracture were treated by arthroscopic fixation using metal hollow screw, and postoperative func- tional exercise were directed. Results All patients were operated successfully and followed up for 6 to 36 months with an average of 12 months. All cases healed after 3 months on fracture part. According to the knee joint Score which was used to evaluate the curative effect, the average score was 92.3. One case was kneebend limited and one case was Lachman test weak positive. Conclusions Arthroscopic treat- ment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture using metal hollow screw is safe, simple and effective, which can deal with other joint injury at the same time, and restore joint function effectively.
